Homes
Someone's home is in a tree.
Someone's, underground.
Someone lives beneath the bark,
Where tiny homes abound.
Someone's home is in a log
Or on a grassy stalk.
Someone lives in quiet pond
Or underneath a rock.
Someone lives down in a hole,
Someone in the brush.
Someone's home is in the sand,
Or branches green and lush.
The more we look, the more we see
That homes are everywhere,
So let's tread lightly on the earth;
We've neighbors living there.
